Diamond Estates Wines & Spirits is the third largest producer of VQA wines in Niagara, Ontario and is proud of our award winning, high-quality wines.
The company operates 4 wineries locally and one satellite winery in BC, as well as a national sales & marketing agency.
Responsibilities include:
- Product knowledge specialist for 4 Ontario wineries and their brands.
- Provide sales fulfillment and customer service support for all online & phone orders, wine club memberships, event bookings and general winery tourism inquiries.
- Ensure all online orders are printed, packed correctly for delivery.
- Partner with delivery team to ensure deliveries are ontime and accurate.
- Communicate with Management team on any issues that arise and offer solutions when necessary.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels for all wine and packing materials.
- Keeping accurate reports and order summaries.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
- High regard for attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of wine considered an asset.
- Dependable & punctual.
- Confident & motivated.
- Able to work independently.
- Ability to lift 3045 pounds (a case of wine)
- Team player with a positive attitude
