Diamond Estates Wines & Spirits is the third largest producer of VQA wines in Niagara, Ontario and is proud of our award winning, high-quality wines.

The company operates 4 wineries locally and one satellite winery in BC, as well as a national sales & marketing agency.

• Product knowledge specialist for 4 Ontario wineries and their brands.
• Provide sales fulfillment and customer service support for all online & phone orders, wine club memberships, event bookings and general winery tourism inquiries.
• Ensure all online orders are printed, packed correctly for delivery.
• Partner with delivery team to ensure deliveries are ontime and accurate.
• Communicate with Management team on any issues that arise and offer solutions when necessary.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for all wine and packing materials.
• Keeping accurate reports and order summaries.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
• High regard for attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of wine considered an asset.
• Dependable & punctual.
• Confident & motivated.
• Able to work independently.
• Ability to lift 3045 pounds (a case of wine)
• Team player with a positive attitude
