Description

At Richmond Packaging we are an essential service that manufactures a wide range of flexible packaging products, mostly to the food production industry.

Responsibilities:

Following schedules and procedures for accomplishing tasks that are critical for maintaining a sanitary and safe processing environment.
Cleaning all equipment, structures, grounds in and around the Richmond Packaging Office, Production Plant, Warehouse and Shipping areas. Ensure all areas are kept hygienic, tidy and organized
Follow procedures for the safe use of chemical cleaners and power floor equipment

Tasks include, but are not limited, to:

Sweeping, mopping and/or vacuuming all floors.
Cleaning lunchrooms, bathrooms and office spaces.
Replenish and maintain bathroom supplies daily.
Remove and properly dispose of all garbage & recycling.
Conducting general everyday cleaning.

Requirements:

Willing to work in a warehouse and safetyfirst environment (steel toe boots required).
Physically fit must have physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend. Lifting or moving up to 30 lbs may be required.
Able to work independently.
Able to receive and provide instructions in a positive manner.
