CAFE BARISTA & COOK

Join our La Isla Café Team

La Isla is looking for a experienced Café barista & cook for our location at 250 Prideaux St. in the old city quarter.

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, love working as a part of a team, have an interest in specialty coffee, breakfast & lunch and want to develop new skills.

Preparing light breakfast and lunch items such as breakfast sandwiches, salads and snacks. Previous experience working in coffee is a plus, but not required. Training is provided

Job requirements:
Having a passion for customer service

Works well with others

Is efficient and quick while still maintaining order accuracy

Is willing to learn

Organized and clean

Is mature and confident when working alone

Have good problem solving skills

Works well in fast-paced environment

Salary:
starting $17.00 per hour + tips up to $25 depending on culinary experience
