Expertise & - Minimum 5–8 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, operations, or regional management, preferably in the automotive, retail, or distribution sectors.
- Proven success managing multi-unit or multi-region teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned region.
