    Realise are recruiting for Trainee Early Years Trainer Assessors, covering learners in the Cornwall region.

    As a Trainee, your focus will be tosupport learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5apprenticeships or AEB short courses.

    As the first point of contact for yourlearners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their learningjourney with Realise.

    Not having an assessing and/or teaching qualification isn't a problem, as we can run you through this at the beginning of your employment with us.
