Position Overview:


Multimatic Dynamic Suspensions is looking for a
_Sales Coordinator _who will be responsible for performing and administering the sales function of the organization while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage RFQ log with the MSM administrator.
  • Work with other departments to set up an initial quote meeting and distribute the required information for the completion of quotes.
  • Request, gather, and input the information that is required from all designated channels to complete the various steps that are mandatory in the quoting process.
  • Review quotes with the program manager(s) and management for approval.
  • Assemble customer required breakdown forms and cost models. Maintain consistency.
  • Communicate with the APQP and/or program manager on customer issues.
  • Coordinate and update the tracking and/or logging of outstanding financial issues. Assist the accounting department in solving financial issues as required.
  • Administer and maintain communication with customers as required.
  • Update and maintain customer specific databases and forms.
  • Coordinate VA/VE activity. Initiate workshops, assemble ideas, quotes, and tracking implementation.
  • Create and maintain the piece price matrix form, piece price tracking form, tooling tracking form, and quote versus actual analysis form.
  • Maintain customer correspondence and quote file maintenance.

Basic Requirements:


  • Completion of a college diploma in a related field (i.e. business, professional sales, sales and marketing).
  • Minimum of 3 years of business or sales related experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, technically demanding environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be a clear, concise and persuasive communicator.
