Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of structural steel projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Communicate regularly with clients, Consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Manage project risks, issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage project change requests and scope changes.
• Ensure project quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the steel fabrication and erection industry.
• Knowledge of steel fabrication and erection methods and practices.
• Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and most importantly as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Strong computer knowledge.
• Must be willing to go the extra mile to meet client needs.

$86,122.00-$94,373.00 per year
