Description

The Vacuum Truck Operator will work with the Vacuum Truck Services Esterhazy team to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Services provided include (but are not limited to): hydro excavating, confined space entry, spill cleanup, line flushing, power washing, water hauling, and loading and hauling of various fluids/ material.

The chosen individual will perform this diverse range of activities with a focus on safety, professionalism and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate equipment in an industrial setting
Perform physically demanding tasks
Maintain detailed, accurate transportation documentation to accompany work performed
Professionally represent GFL and provide exception service to all clients
Complete daily equipment pre-trips and logs required for safety and service schedules
Participate in GFL's safety programs including safety meetings, last minute risk assessments and job hazard assessments

Minimum Requirements:

Class 1 or 3 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
Industrial vacuum truck and hydro-excavating experience preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Safety-focused attitude with experience working in an industrial setting
