This role is supported by a hybrid work arrangement where the individual can work from home a few days a week.
Liaison between the advisor and insurance carrierCommunicates effectively with colleagues, insurance carriers, advisors and clients
Work extensively with back office systems, WealthServ, as well as insurance carrier websites
Case Management:
Provide case management to the assigned advisor
Industry courses would be an asset
Professional/Technical Certification or Licenses are an asset
Time management skills
Post-Secondary degree or related work experience
Proven experience in insurance/financial services industry
Proven experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience in WealthServ an asset
Sound knowledge of insurance and investment products
