Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Fence Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various types of fences, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a range of construction skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties

• Measure and mark installation sites according to blueprints and schematics
• Use hand tools and power tools to dig post holes, set posts, and assemble fencing materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation
• Install different types of fencing including vinyl, chain link, and ornamental styles
• Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure durability and weather resistance
• Operate equipment safely following all safety protocols
• Coordinate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Perform restoration work as needed after installation or repair projects
• Maintain a clean work environment and properly store tools and materials

Qualifications

• Proven experience with hand tools
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Prior experience in fencing installation or related construction fields is preferred but not necessary
