Shuttle Driver Job Duties (50%):


  • Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
  • Pickup and deliver customers to their destinations while their vehicle is in for service.
  • Handle all customer inquiries and concerns with genuine intent.
  • Listen to and document customer needs and expectations throughout the visit.
  • Review and maintain rental inventory to determine rent outs, availability, and services due.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Car Porter Job Duties (50%):


  • Safely move vehicles within the dealership premises, ensuring efficient organization and optimal placement on the lot.
  • Facilitate vehicle movement to and from the service area, aiding the service department in ensuring a seamless workflow.
  • Operate vehicles following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the wellbeing of all individuals and vehicles.
  • Keep the dealership lot orderly, ensuring proper vehicle placement and a clean, appealing environment.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, helping maintain accurate records of vehicle locations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall dealership operations.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to work in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
  • Organized with an attention to detail with the ability to document customer needs.
  • Flexible and open to change; can take on special tasks as needed.
  • Ability to manage customer concerns and solve difficult problems.
  • Selfmotivation with excellent work ethic.
  • Computer skills and an understanding of technology.
