You will proactively identify, outreach Account Executives for a world renowned company and send market survey and visualise the results and documentation.
This is an audio and video support role.
You can be a part of our team connecting the biggest and most respected brands on the planet with their customers by providing customer care, technical support, customer acquisition, digital solutions, analytics, back-office and other specialized services to ensure positive customer experience.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Fluent English required.
- Satisfactory background check.
- Microsoft Windows or Google workspace skills.
- Solid computer/internet/keyboarding skills. Ability to accurately type minimum 30 wpm.
- Strong work ethic with proven dependability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Excellent verbal skills; basic writing skills.
- Able to handle routine and repetitive tasks at varying pace.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
- Maintain acceptable attendance.
- Available to work full time in Toronto onsite location (75 Eglinton Ave E)
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively as a team with a goal to achieve a high quality standard.
- Work in a high callvolume contact centre environment, setting up video meetings in a B2B environment, releasing, issuing and working around surveys.
- Ability to connect with executives through conversations.
- Build trusting relationships with executives understanding their needs.
- Adhere to our client's policies, procedures and industry compliances.
