A successful Desjardins Insurance Agent is seeking high-energy, customer-focused, and results-oriented team members.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions to our clients.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Use customer focused, needs based review process to educate customers about best insurance options.
- Maintain strong work ethic and a personal commitment to your success everyday.
- Caring for our clients by providing prompt and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, fun, safe work environment.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet sales goals.
What will make you SUCCESSFUL:
- OTL and/or LLQP licenses preferred, but not required for interview (Must be able to obtain).
- Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Customer Service and administrative experiences (retail, hotel, resort, conference centre)
- A great attitude, hard working, courage to push beyond your limits, passion for people.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated, goaloriented, enthusiastic.
- Dynamic outsidethebox thinker, with ability to multitask.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
