Grove Manor is a Supportive Living facility located in Spruce Grove where seniors live independently with supportive services available as required.

Opportunity

The Supportive Services Supervisor's responsibilities include scheduling of staff and tasks, evaluation, supervision, training, and quality control, recruitment and performance management for Independent Living Assistants.

In addition, the Supportive Services Supervisor will also schedule and delegate authorized personal care services for clients to the Independent Living Assistants.

Skills

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient computer skills including MS Office Word and Excel
Ability to learn new programs

Qualifications

Graduate of a recognized Licensed Practical Nurse Program is required
Current First Aid certification is required
Minimum two years supervisory experience is required
Minimum two years' experience providing services to the elderly in a Supportive Living environment is preferred
