***: The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of various projects within our organization. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project progress and track key milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to gather project requirements and updates.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers.
  • Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them to the project manager for resolution.
  • Assist in resource allocation and management to ensure adequate support for project tasks.
  • Support the project team in managing project scope, change requests, and prioritization of deliverables.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on project objectives.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, working with various departments, and managing projectrelated documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Education in business administration, project management or a combination of experience and education in a related field.
  • 2 years of experience as a project coordinator or related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Waterfall or Agile.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
