The Role:

Location:

Our Corporate Office is located in Bolton, ON.

We offer Remote/Hybrid Flex work with visits into the office on an as-needed basis depending on the role and function.

What You'll Be Doing:

Working collaboratively with an onsite technical resource to test systems after updates are completed
Troubleshooting any issues with peripheral hardware upon completion of software updates
Other related duties as assigned

Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Education:

Current University Student in a related field

Experience:

Experience building computers, installing software and operating systems; knowledge of virtual machines is an asset
Experience with MS products including Office, Azure, WVD (Windows Virtual Desktop)

Skills:

Familiarity with networking, firewalls, VPN and security protocols
Basic knowledge of technical principles
Effective troubleshooting skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite of products including SharePoint
Excellent time management and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent levels of communication both verbal and written
Selfstarter who can work independently with mínimal supervision
Deskside services hardware set up, inventory management, onboarding and offboarding
