    Purpose of the position

    Our Norgate building in Ville Saint-Laurent is currently looking for an accounts receivable clerk to be part of our great team Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
  • Contact tenants to ensure account payments and follow up on unpaid balances
  • Fournier and answer customer questions about customer accounts
  • Responsible for completing weekly reports which will be given to managers
  • Perform various administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.)
  • Perform any other related task required by the immediate superior.
  • Make deposits in our system.
  • Make the deposit at the bank
  • Monthly and daily tenant billing
  • Record the various receipts,
  • Receive notices of renewals and follow up with tenants and in the system.

    • The ideal person has :

  • DEP or DEC in accounting
  • Experience managing multiple projects/entities simultaneously
  • Mastery of MS Office suite software, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Hopem, Sage 50 and Sensaas/Integrim systems an asset

    • Required qualifications :

  • Sense of organization, speed of execution and ability to manage priorities
  • Autonomy and good ability to adapt to change
