Job summary

We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our Leasing team at our Calgary Regional Office.

As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support primarily to the Leasing team to ensure efficient operations and coordination.

You will play a key role in maintaining accurate documentation, supporting leasing processes, managing communications,
  • Maintain client portals
  • Respond to landlord requests
, organizing couriers and office supply orders (e.g. Nespresso), process invoices and expense reports in Yardi,
  • Analyze data using Microsoft Office Suite
, prepare track organize letters of intent deal flow documents lease agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
, coordinate DocuSign workflows document tracking book travel event arrangements for the leasing team Assist with special projects initiatives campaigns as required Ensure confidentiality accuracy professionalism in all communications documentation
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration required
