  • Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating the crane to lift, move, position, and place materials safely and efficiently.

    What you're responsible for:

  • Safely operate a crane to lift, move, and position metal materials within the facility
  • Lift and transport metal materials using attachments such as magnets or grapples, and safely place them in designated areas or processing equipment
  • Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring proper weight distribution and load security
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other personnel
  • Conduct pre and post inspections of the crane, including overall crane maintenance
  • You may be asked to operate the following heavy equipment: Crane, Shear, Loader
  • Qualifications

    To join our team:

  • Crane Operator certification and/or experience is required
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience operating a crane in a heavy industrial setting
  • Attention to detail and the ability to accurately position and handle different types of metal materials
  • Solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to crane operation and material handling
  • Familiarity with various crane attachments, such as magnets or grapples
