- To lead the development and optimization of BRP's future global PAV distribution center, working closely with managers to create and implement a successful project strategy. This includes improving service while reducing costs by efficiently leveraging our supply chain.
- Provide leadership in collaborating with 3PL and service providers to improve solution implementation; manage budgeting/forecasting process, establish external partnerships for innovation, coordinate multidisciplinary teams for project delivery; facilitate workshops identifying improvement opportunities and implementing action plans.
