Necesitamos implementar una plataforma de software para ver el análisis vintage. Proporciona un enfoque y plataforma para lograr los siguientes objetivos:
Análisis de datos y reportes
Composición del portafolio y desempeño
Cinta de préstamos
Tira de activos (cinta de préstamos desglosada por propietario/participante)
Métricas resumidas del portafolio (muestre lo actualizado a lo largo del tiempo)
Promedio ponderado cupón/rendimiento (proyectado y realizable)
Promedio ponderado plazo/plazo restante
Tasa promedio ponderada LTV, DSCR, CLTV o métrica equivalente < br > Mezcla tipo colateral (por ejemplo multifamiliares, SFR, hospedaje etc.)< br > Concentración geográfica (por estado MSA etc.)< br > Concentración patrocinador < br > Mezcla por vencido originario mes u trimestre < h2 >< b > Credit Performance & Delinquency Metrics < ul >< li > Curvas de rendimiento cohortal < li > Curvas morosidad < li > Morosidad histórica por bloques DPD 30/60/90+ < li > Cobros / incobrables con contexto < /li>
