Plan and evaluate operations of a restaurant

Estimate food requirements, place orders and maintain the inventory

Training staff in job duties, sanitation, safety procedures and quality control

Resolve customer complaints and ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed

Prepare and submit reports and ensuring to meet and exceed the targets

Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service at all times

Maintain record of stock, sales and wastage in accordance with company policies

Deploying the work schedules and motivating staff to perform well
:

Supervise and monitor the performance of staff
:
-
Ensure proper operation of kitchen and restaurant equipment.
