Position Overview
Responsible for overall success and management of the sales function in a lawn care branch. Plans, directs, and coordinates sales activities of TruGreen.

Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities are listed below. Other duties may be assigned.

Recruits, interviews, and selects personnel needed to efficiently staff sales function.
Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
Develops and executes sales plan.
Analyzes and distributes new sale cancellation requests in an attempt to retain customers.
Compiles list of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from direct mailing/advertisement, community activities, trade shows/business seminars, and other resources.
Develops and executes sales plans and programs (doortodoor, direct mail, inside, outside) to ensure the profit growth and expansion of GreenLawn, Ltd.'s services.
Plans and conducts ongoing training for service personnel in customer service skills, technical skills, and safety policies and procedures.
Tracks hourly, daily, weekly, sales efficiencies of each salesperson.
Monitors progress toward goals.
Prepare sales activity reports.
Assists manager lawn care branch in developing annual budget and reforecast.
Evaluates procedures and makes recommendations to increase department efficiency.

Salaried position:
starting at $50,000 per year plus BONUS ++++:

Education and Experience Requirement**:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, or two to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Ranges:
$52, $87,816.00
