Responsibilities:
- Hands on construction capabilities
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Good people skills with an ability to communicate with home owners, engineers, and architects
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes
- Excellent blueprint reading skills and ability to interpret technical documents
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Clean drivers abstract for Class 5
We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience, open to negotiation, along with a Health Spending Account after 6 month probationary period.
Pay:
$26.00-$33.00 per hour
Expected hours:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
