    What You'll Do

  • Discover unique exposures, craft tailored solutions, and guide our esteemed clients to the insurance product that feels like home for their needs.
  • Design inspired marketing requirements and strategies for your exclusive book of business, revitalizing both renewals and welcoming new ventures.
  • Embody the true spirit of professionalism by offering timely, warm, and efficient service to client inquiries, be it exposure nuances, invoice clarifications, claim reports, audits, and more.
  • Cherish and nurture each client's story within our Broker Management System (EPIC), ensuring every detail aligns with HUB's golden standards and practices.
  • Build and nurture lasting bonds with clients, industry representatives, and your HUB family, cementing connections that stand the test of time.
  • What You'll Need for Success

  • Valid RIBO license Required
  • Typically, 5+ years of Commercial Insurance Industry and product line experience
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive customer experiences
  • Professional communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter and strong team player able to work within Production and Service teams
  • Effective organizational skills and time management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to learn and understand new systems quickly; EPIC fluency is an asset.
  • Currently holding or working towards insurance designation such as CIP, CAIB, etc. is an asset
