    Aritzia is growing and our Reigning Champ team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for translating Reigning Champ's strategy into action and outcomes — delivering high‑impact projects and building the infrastructure that drives net new value for the business. As a Senior Analyst/Analyst, you will support the successful completion of the highest quality projects deliverables, on time and on budget, as well as the design and implementation of scalable business processes and tools.     THE ROLE


    As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Operations & PMO, you will:

    • Support with spearheading the successful delivery of large scale multi-disciplinary projects that directly contribute to our corporate growth initiatives
    • Partner with executive stakeholders and other support partners enable a collaborative approach to project delivery, fostering teamwork and driving successful outcomes
    • Champion our project management methodologies and support with developing the necessary capabilities to staff and resource for the highest project success
    • Engineer effective and efficient processes, optimizing for throughput and frictionless operations
    • Design how we approach business decisions and create the infrastructure required to support ongoing usage (E.g. Frameworks, Guides, Models & Tools)

    THE QUALIFICATIONS


    The Senior Analyst/Analyst, Operations & PMO has:

    • Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications that are an asset to perform in the role, including relevant Project Management experience, PMP and/or retail experience preferred
    • A commitment to learn and apply our Values and Business and People Leadership principles
    • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
    • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

    THE COMPENSATION


    The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
