We are looking for a Site Administrator, 6 Month Contract - Carseland, Alberta . Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the Site Administrator is responsible for coordinating all activities relating to payroll entry, billing, tag management and customer service.

    Responsibilities

  • Payroll duties including time entry, processing new hire and termination forms.
  • Review, verify, and file all timesheets for employees, ensuring all fields are completed.
  • Reconcile swipe data information against timesheets and make appropriate adjustments.
  • Process, balance and retain weekly payroll timesheet data entry.
  • Verify Purchase Orders and Work Orders.
  • Balance hours with customer on a daily basis.
  • Provide reports to supervisors/foreman as required.
  • Update scaffold logs, productivity logs and track equipment movements.
  • Maintain a weekly labor spreadsheet for mobilizations and tracking.
  • Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
  • Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
  • Maintain rental billing files.
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries.
  • Provide support for all site supervisors.
  • Create and maintain accurate onsite electronic and paper files.
  • Maintains contract information (i.e. pricing, billing parameters).
  • Perform order entry.
  • Maintain billing files to ensure auditable documents are available at all times.
  • Monitor invoice status and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Health & Safety training is considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organization skills in order to meet various competing deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e. written, oral, diagram, or schedule form).
  • Ability to self-motivate.
  • Ability to work within a team and build a positive team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment with competing demands.
  • Ability to display sound and accurate judgment, with the ability to resolve problems in a timely manner.
