- Collaborate with Operations & Sales teams to verify job is scheduled according to plan and report issues
- Ensure pre-job planning with correct type and volumes of chemicals for job are accurate
- Provides customers with technical product support relating specifically to tracer services
- Accurately completes all required reports & forwards to appropriate personnel for execution
- Responsible for complying with daily procedures when performing operations involving equipment
- Responsible for all assigned material and equipment
- Maintain all service equipment and rental tools
- Deliver products to customers as needed
- Conduct in-house training for field, employees, contractors and NCS representatives
- Organize and complete evaluations on specified field representatives
- Help to promote safe work practices and higher standards of performance
- Support and uphold HS&E policies and procedures of NCS and the customer
- Align individual goals with NCS's corporate goals, while adhering to and promoting the NCS Promise
- Participate in Personal Development for Success (PDS)
- Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of direct industry related experience
- Industry related experience, preferably in coiled tubing, fracturing or downhole tool operations
- Valid Driver's license
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
- Work with other teams, and exhibit effective communication
- High level of efficiency & work ethic, specific attention to details
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Ability to move or lift 25lbs – 50lbs
- Ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
