Supply Chain Process Specialist

Position Responsibilities

:


  • Work closely with the SAP/OTC Administrator and colleagues throughout the organization to develop continual improvements and resolve related OTC (OrdertoCash) and IM/WM issues.
  • Monitor business process activities and administer corrective actions when necessary.
  • Release testing and system upgrades related to OTC and IM/WM processes.
  • Complete product set ups through workflow tasks for multiple areas.
  • Material master maintenance and sales representative equipment inventory reconciliation.
  • Price entry and maintenance, price list generation.
  • Dealer transfer & chargeback processing.
  • Order to cash (OTC) process documentation creation and maintenance for the Quality System.
  • Liaise with dealers and internal teams for report card activities.
  • Support projects and initiatives within Operations.
  • Monitor EDI transmissions and clear errors.

Your Qualifications

:


  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written.
  • Strong attention for detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in trouble shooting system issues an asset.
  • SAP R/3 experience is required.
