• Experience in Customer service in a similar retail field (Furniture, appliances, highend electronics sales, etc...

• Answering phones and assisting customers instore with inquiries or directing incoming calls to the appropriate persons
• Updating customers with ETA's on the arrival of their orders
• Data Entry using Quickbooks (Quickbooks experience an asset)
• Filing
• Printing price tags
• Organizing fabric samples
• General upkeep of floor detail
