As our Assistant Controller, you'll work closely with the Director of Finance to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, job costing, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.

General Accounting: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and coordinate external audits.

Job Costing: Budget, analyze, track and report on job/project direct and indirect costs.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts.

Departmental Oversight: Supervise accounting staff and ensure compliance with company policies.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
  • 57 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
