As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service during all customer interactions and maintaining a positive image of the company.

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions with our customers.
• Process invoices for customer orders.
• Manufacture our products as orders are received.
• Package orders and prepare for shipping.
• General maintenance of workstations and work area

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
• Ability to lift heavy packages, up to 50lbs pounds.
• Solid computer skills to effectively navigate our invoicing and production systems.
• Good manual dexterity and an eye for detail.

Salary:
$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
