Your daily role:

You'll invest the majority of your time in three key areas:

  • Reconciling work order variances for production
  • Facilitating the contractor and visitor compliance programs
  • Participating in continual improvement
Very concretely, you will produce healthier and better-quality food for customers and communities.


Your mission will be to:

  • Prepare daily reconciliation reports for all production, comparing tags to FPR reports, and analyze any variances to work orders
  • Support supervisors with regard to resolving work order variances of cartons, poly, bulk, and finished goods tracking
  • Administer the contractor compliance and visitor sign in
  • Prepare a variety of reports and data entry as required
  • Organize and control uniforms (coveralls/jackets etc.) for shift employees
  • Support seasonal worker program, housing, supplies, transportation
You will report to the Operations Manager and join a team that is committed to continuous improvement.
