You will be part of a collaborative, creative, and metrics-based marketing team whose goal is to increase brand equity and revenue for the company.

Responsibilities
List of responsibilities and essential functions, which must be completed in achieving the objectives of the position.

  • Design and implement referral partner marketing programs across multiple channels to drive referrals, nurture existing referral partner relationships and support revenue growth
  • Own and manage campaign strategy for a partnercentric and outcomesoriented approach to marketing programs
  • Use analytic and creative skills to develop inventive ways to identify new sources of potential new partners
  • Concept and write sales collateral, client communications and content to support your campaigns
  • Monitor, track, and report on all programs using Salesforce dashboards
  • Continually evolve our programs to ensure growth in the market
  • Manage a budget and direct investment where we see greatest ROI
  • Provide backup and support to other team members on the various marketing technologies used
  • Maintain a high productivity level and work collaboratively with the Marketing team members to execute integrated campaigns
  • Problemsolve, multitask, and prioritize while working independently to meet deadlines in a fastpaced evolving environment

Job Skills and Requirements
List of minimum educational and experience qualifications, required proficiencies with specialized knowledge, computer competencies, military service, required certifications, etc:

  • 1-3 years of Channel Marketing or related experience in a B2B organization, financial services a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning and tactical aptitude with the ability to translate partner needs into executable programs
  • Experience in copywriting for a B2B audience
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to be highly collaborative and work across multiple teams in a complex organization
  • High level of initiative to overcome obstacles and drive towards action
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate data driven decisions that lead to results
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Selfstarter who is excited to design and build new programs
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with a customerfocused attitude
  • An openminded, curious, and engaged learner, eager to build your skillset
