Summary
The Production Labourer assists in the repair and production of hydraulic cylinders, ensuring they meet customer specifications. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the Manufacturing and Service process.


Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assemble manufactured hydraulic cylinders as per drawings supplied
  • Prepare and set up tools and equipment for fabrication jobs
  • Operate a variety of manual machines
  • Complete accurate paperwork, such as job traveler and safety forms
  • Operate and maintain equipment, such as power tools
  • Assemble repaired hydraulic cylinders as per the repair process
  • Disassemble and clean hydraulic cylinders
  • Assist in pressure test hydraulic cylinders
  • Read and interpret drawings, manuals and specifications
  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders
  • Paint and package jobs for shipping
  • Ensure compliance with all quality, environmental procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Meet production schedules and timelines to deliver products on schedule
  • Maintain clean organized workspace
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Ability to obtain valid forklift and crane certification
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Able to determine the kind of tools and equipment required to do the job
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Have a positive teamoriented attitude with effective problemsolving skills
  • Strong communication the ability to read and write English
  • Highly organized and selfmotivated
  • Must be adaptable to changing work environment and competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
**We have 1-day shift (Monday to Friday 6 am-2:30 pm) and 1-afternoon shift (Monday to Thursday 3 pm

  • 1:30 am) available.**
