Job Summary:
As a Virtual Legal Proceeding Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in technically, facilitating and managing virtual proceedings to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and documentation throughout the legal proceeding lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the technical aspects of virtual proceeding activities from initiation to resolution.
- Facilitate communication between clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized case files, ensuring accurate and uptodate documentation.
- Provide remote support to clients and team members, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and other entities to ensure a seamless proceeding management process.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines in handling sensitive case information.
- Conduct regular quality checks on case documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, virtual case management tools, and best practices.
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in case coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using virtual collaboration tools and case management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of French (written and spoken) is an asset.
- Legal knowledge or experience in a legal setting is an asset.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
