Job Summary:

As a Virtual Legal Proceeding Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in technically, facilitating and managing virtual proceedings to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and documentation throughout the legal proceeding lifecycle.

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage the technical aspects of virtual proceeding activities from initiation to resolution.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized case files, ensuring accurate and uptodate documentation.
  • Provide remote support to clients and team members, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and other entities to ensure a seamless proceeding management process.
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines in handling sensitive case information.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on case documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, virtual case management tools, and best practices.
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in case coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using virtual collaboration tools and case management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of French (written and spoken) is an asset.
  • Legal knowledge or experience in a legal setting is an asset.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
