- Responsible for entire sales process, starting from conducting tours to engaging in negotiations and ultimately closing deals.
- Effectively handle negotiations with customers and successfully conclude new business contracts.
- Oversee communication and interactions with coworking space members, with a primary focus on ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Welcome and assist visitors and walkins, offering tours and supplying membership details to potential members.
- Plan and promote monthly events for the coworking space that draw in new members and allow current members to network and connect.
- Coordinate events with thirdparty and serve as the primary contact for organizations and groups using the coworking space to host an event.
- Proficiently operate our coworking software platform, which handles billing, door access, event coordination, and the management of reservable resources.
- Promote our coworking space and events through social media and other local marketing channels.
- Assist in the development and oversight of the budget for the coworking space, encompassing marketing initiatives and member engagement activities.
- Maintain cleanliness in the coworking space by organizing, educating members on selfcleanup, and engaging external cleaning services as needed.
- Guarantee the seamless daily functioning of the coworking space, involving responsibilities such as brewing coffee, replenishing office supplies, and addressing maintenance and repair requirements.
other Administrator Juties:
- Create and update CRM records for vendors, tenants
- Manage coworking space management software, ensuring that client information details are kept uptodate.
- Create and send invoices to tenant, and tracking payments
- Coordinate with vendors and schedule regular and ad hoc services.
- Prepare and submit reports for expenses control and material usage.
- Coordinate ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Oversee Community Assistant to manage office admin and receptionist.
Membership Engagement:
- Provide feedback on programming types (based on member makeup) and evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact on the appropriate event team.
- Distribute all necessary info to promote the event including Creation and posting of weekly events poster and individual event posters.
- Input notes into Nexudus or equivalent system about Members.
- Identify and execute opportunities to connect members with each other.

Salary:
$36,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
