    What to Expect

    Consider before submitting an application:

    This position is expected to start in-person around May or June 2024 and continue through the entire Summer term (i.e. through August/September 2024) or into early Fall 2024 if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Please consider before submitting an application.

    International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week in-person. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

    Tesla's Sales Service and Delivery team oversees the regional business responsible for getting our products into our customers hands and ensuring that all their service needs are met at the highest level.They engage and educate our customer base and focus on creating a world class experience in buying and owning our vehicle. While challenging the status quo of the automotive experience, the SSD team is continuously pushing the envelope when it comes to operations and execution.

    What You'll Do
    • Assist in the administrative support of North America programs intendedto generate new leads and accelerate the sales cycle
    • Aid in program/campaign calendar planning and maintenance ofevents
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of available content forvarious programs
    • Support in the creation of digital assets for programs and field salesteams as needed
    • Assist with asset management; sourcing, delivery, and organization asneeded
    • Support in the development of field sales program resources andmanagement; playbooks, request forms, available content or assets libraries,etc
    • Work cross-functionally with other business team members; analytics, web,fleet, etc as well as working with national partners to gather information andcoordinate as needed
    What You'll Bring
    • Currently pursuing a degree in in Business or a related field
    • Valid Drivers License required
    • Hardworking; willing to go way above and beyond and a self-Starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Comfort with ambiguity & rapid change
    • Eye for detail, even under pressure
    • Passion for Tesla's products and belief in Tesla's mission to accelerate the transition toward sustainable energy
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project software applications for analysis and presentation
