As one of our rockstar Sales Coordinators, you'll get the opportunity to play a key role in supporting our Strategic Account Managers in a fast-growing and ever-changing sales environment.
You contribute to the overall success of the Sales Team by acting as the first and last touch point for all orders.
In this role, you will:
- Support the daily activities of the Sales Team.
- Work hand in hand with our Strategic Account Managers and other Sales Team members.
- Identify project timelines and provide them to the Sales team.
- Be responsible for administrative and operational duties pertaining to the sales department, such as: creating customer profiles, creating sales orders, sending order details to client for approval, and updating client changes as needed.
- Engage with the Design Team to ensure all necessary collateral is produced and noted for Sales Orders or ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with the Production Team to follow up on orders and track progress when necessary.
- Prepare, pack, and ship samples as needed.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication.
- Possess an enthusiastic, energetic, selfmotivated, and detailoriented approach towards work and all work projects.
- Identify opportunities for improvement while creating and implementing viable solutions.
- Ensure each customer has an amazing experience working with Avid Apparel.
- Report directly to the VP of Sales.
Experience:
- 12 years of administrative experience
- Previous experience in sales and/or the apparel production industry would be an asset
