Description
MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years of experience in the change management and/or related disciplines and multiple HR projects
- 5+ years' experience in a variety of projects/markets on multidisciplinary teams, working in a project environment.
- Project delivery skills with experience in organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing workstreams for highrisk, highvisibility, largescale projects.
- Proficient knowledge of change management principles, industry best practices, lines of businesses supported, project management, organization practices, business culture(s) and business transformation Knowledge of current and emerging trends.
- Knowledge of project/program support, planning and implementation
- Knowledge of risk management environment, standards, and regulations
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay:
$50.00-$60.00 per hour
