Description

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Production Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team.

Some of the duties associated with this position are as follows:

Enter order information into Lisec Software
Create glass batches using Lisec Software
Enter all credits using inhouse system
Update plant schedule on Microsoft Excel and inhouse system
Create work orders for PVC on Microsoft Excel and inhouse system
Monitor PVC stock inventory levels
Print and sort all shop paperwork
Create off shift recuts and schedules
Monitors and manage paperwork outtake daily
Distribute shop paperwork to appropriate areas
Assist in delivery planning when required
Attend weekly inventory / scheduling meeting
Assist in plant scheduling when required
Scheduling local dealer and builder orders
Filing Doc Link using Excel and a scanner
Research projects as required by Manager
Photocopy and scan documents
Other duties as assigned by Manager
