    :

    As part of the Global Marketing group, the role provides consulting and delivery services in the field of digital analytics with a focus on data collection design and implementation. This is a hands-on role with significant scope that will require working closely with fellow digital analytics professionals, IT and business partners to enable and sustain rich data collection.

    What will you do?

  • Implement tracking code (web analytics, ad, social media) through tag management technology (primarily Tealium iQ) in a variety of digital channels (e.g. AEM and Salesforce).
  • Convert data collection requirements into technical solutions, which may include custom scripting.
  • Execute quality assurance (QA).
  • Cultivate productive relationships and collaborate with analytics teams, developers and business stakeholders to build tracking solutions.
  • Maintain code quality, and adhere to internal guidelines related to security, privacy and platform administration.
  • Resolve data collection issues and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies.
  • What do you need to succeed?

  • Experience working with tag management tools (e.g. Tealium, Google, Adobe). Server-side tag management experience is an asset.
  • Intermediate to advanced JavaScript, jQuery, HTML and CSS, including debugging skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, and ad/social media data collection.
  • Highly motivated to excel with little supervision.
  • Detail oriented, organized and reliable.
  • Strong communications (written and verbal).
  • Able to prioritize and juggle tasks efficiently with a focus on business value.
  • Experience interacting with and developing strong working relationships with internal clients and other stakeholder groups.
  • University degree with 3-5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
