Accredited postsecondary degree/diploma, preferable in industrial technology or engineering, business administration, or management
Handson experience within a fastpaced manufacturing environment,
Ability to work under pressure
Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and deadlines

Must be safety conscious and adhere to all safety processes and policies

What you'll work on:

As a Shift Manager at Steelcon, you will have an overall responsibility for maintaining and improving the production processes, through maintaining teams and equipment.

In addition to overseeing the day-to-day activities of workers and ensuring maximum productivity, you will analyze production data and offer constructive improvements to production output, while ensuring material and supplies are in a positive flow and all machines are functional.

Shift:

We are actively hiring for the afternoon shift, working 44 hours per week.

Monday to Thursday, 5:15 pm to 5:00 am. Friday, no shift
