As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with the marketing director to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
• Manage the sales pipeline and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and generate business leads.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the painting industry or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
• Solid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.
• Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.

$50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
