The Opportunity

What will you do in this role?

Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure the success of the CEO in his daytoday tasks.
Prepare internal and external corporate documents in English/French for team members and partners.
Proactively oversee the CEO calendar, including but not limited to adding events, scheduling appointments, rescheduling appointments, and providing daily briefings.
Manage confidential information.
Track project planning outcomes against goals.
Create presentation and support materials for the CEO.
Manage relationships with vendors.
Ensure Flexspring's

- event participation success by coordinating material purchases, staff flight and accommodation purchase, etc.

Essential Skills and Experience

A College degree or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, and Management, or equivalent degree, or relevant business experience.
Strong business acumen and diplomacy.
Ability to multitask and willingness to learn new things.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English and
French.
Excellent analytical skills, problemsolving, critical thinking, emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
Selfaware, motivated, coachable and collaborative.
Availability to work outside regular office hours when needed.
