    Analyst / Consultant – Special Risk under Health Solutions

Join Aon's market‑leading Health and Benefits advisory team as our next Analyst / Consultant, "Special Risks" (employer, student and association coverage for accidental death and disability, business travel accidents, medical coverage for expatriates/inpatriates, and other high‑risk solutions for Human Capitals)

    What the day will look like

    This role involves working closely with our client base to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, in close collaboration with consultants and senior team members. In addition, you will be responsible for developing new client solutions to drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction.

    • Collaborate with existing and new clients to identify their needs and provide customized solutions.
    • Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
    • Work closely with Aon's cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends and standard methodologies in order to propose innovative solutions to clients.
    • Conduct in-depth analyses and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients and Partners.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

    • Proven experience in the field of special risk insurance.
    • A post-secondary degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an asset, but not required.
    • Excellent understanding of operational processes and client relationship management.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency with relevant software and tools.
    • A life insurance license and an accident & sickness insurance license will be required.
