PBE - Business Development Representative to join our growing team
About the position
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for promoting sales to existing and new customers in one or more markets.
He/she will implement marketing plans and programs to achieve profitable revenue growth by positioning LKQ Canada Auto Parts as the "supplier of choice" in the automotive repair industry.

What is a Business Development Representative position at LKQ like?
- Work that is mainly done on the road,
- Identify customers and market opportunities,
- Develop a list of potential clients, and set up the followup process,
- Telemarketing for new and existing customers,
- Identify customer needs,
- Prioritize existing accounts and maintain relationships,
- Gather market and competitive information,
- Identify market resources needed for development,
- Provide customer feedback on site performance/satisfaction,
- Develop measurable goals for growth,
- Develop short and long term goals for each market area
What is the ideal profile?
- Automotive background or at least 5 years of sales experience (B2B),
- College/University diploma,
- Must be able to do SWOT analysis & Sales Forecasting, and
- Must have good communication skills as well as a strategic mind
