Description

As a Content Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our content creation process, targeting both English and French-speaking audiences.

You'll play a key role in defining target audiences, managing content creation and publishing, and monitoring content performance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Report to VP eCommerce & Digital Marketing
  • Develop a content calendar for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and microsites.
  • Create and oversee content for product launches, lead generation, and brand
  • Edit, proofread, and enhance content from internal and external sources.
  • Collaborate on messaging and positioning with different stakeholders.
  • Develop storyboards for customer case studies and corporate materials.
  • Update and optimize existing content for SEO and brand consistency.
  • Manage content using systems like Shopify, Akeneo and HubSpot.
  • Work closely with the design team for creative content development. Research market trends in the healthcare sectors.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing
  • Experience in simplifying complex technical concepts for broad audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proactive and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • BA/BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing, or a relevant field.
