At ET Transport, it is our mission to provide customers with reliable transportation solutions custom-tailored to their unique needs. Our
Load Bookers are a key component in ensuring customer satisfaction. ET Transport has two main terminals with warehousing facilities and an additional drop-yard.


Qualifications
-
Must have at least 3 years of load booking experience
-
Must have experience with the following: LoadLink, PC Miler, DAT, Dispatch Software,

  • Be available after hours (oncall rotation)
  • Fluent in English, bilingual is an asset
  • Team player in a fast paced environment
  • Strong ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate over the phone
  • Be persuasive and energetic
  • Looking for loads: FTL, LTL Crossborder
  • Booking a minimum of 20 loads per week
  • Dispatching trucks and preparing final pay/reimbursement
  • Preparing inbound and outbound customs documents.
  • Maintaining accurate data entry and records related to all dispatches in dispatch software
  • Sourcing new customers
  • Calculating Rates and finalizing RFPs
  • Training new employees and overseeing other "bookers"
  • Prepare reports and carry out other dispatch duties as required by Management

$80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
