Floor Supervisor - Selkirk, Canada - Roxi's Uptown Cafe
Description
We are in search for a evening floor supervisor. For Thursday, Friday,Saturday,Sunday, 4:00pm-10:00pm. Will need to learn all areas in Restaurant and Lounge. (will also be crossed trained in other areas)duties would include:
Over seeing all staff in Restaurant and in lounge.
Delegating tasks
dealing with customer complaints and discrepancies in a professional manner
assisting on floor in all areas when needed (FOH, bar, expo, dish pit)
staying on top of food quality and service
Our management team members are great multi-taskers who take pride in their work and the business. We are seeking some one who has a love for hospitality, is reliable and can grow with our team.
*Must have or be willing to obtain Smart Choices certification
*This position will require selected applicant to work weekends
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Pay:
From $15.30 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 30 per week
